Join us for a weekend retreat as we explore and practice integrating Catholic mindfulness into our prayer lives in light of our call to missionary discipleship. Our retreat leader, Fr. Alfonso Kim, M.M. has global experience in Christian mindfulness and Zen practice. He served in mission in Japan and has conducted retreats in Korea, Japan, India, Tanzania, Mexico, Thailand, Cambodia, US (New Mexico, California, Seattle, New York, New Jersey and Texas), and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Based in five US cities as well as digitally, we offer a one-of-a-kind growth process, deeply integrating our daily lived experiences with faith, rooted in community and Maryknoll's charism of prophetic, authentic love in action.
